About the position
We are seeking an exceptional Account Delivery Specialist for IT & digital positions with a strong focus on talent acquisition to support our Account Management team. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying and engaging top talent, building and nurturing trusted relationships with both our customers and candidates. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers connect with the best talent available for their positions, driving successful and impactful engagements.
As an Account Delivery Specialist, you will:
- Identify Top Talent: Use various sourcing methods and tools to find candidates whose qualifications and career aspirations align with our customers' needs.
- Build Relationships: Develop deep, trusting relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals, salary expectations, and industry preferences.
- Customer Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers, support, and marketing teams to manage and enhance customer engagements.
- Headhunting: Actively headhunt and thoroughly review candidate profiles to match our customers' specific needs, ensuring a perfect fit for both parties.
- Project Management: Own and lead multiple, simultaneous projects, ensuring maximum value and successful outcomes for our customers.
- Process Expertise: Gain a detailed understanding of each customer's business and our internal processes to effectively match candidates with opportunities.
