Listopro is growing and we are looking for a Headhunting Analyst, we are looking for a unique individual to find and locate the best IT Talent that meet our customer requirements. As a Headhunting Analyst you'll be in charge of the talent research for our IT Top positions to help them achieve their dream job. This person will work to manage successful customer engagements. This position is based 100% remotely.
What will you be doing:
As a Headhunter, you will be working closely with our Account Management Team, support and marketing team to define the job requirements for our customers top positions and actively seek out qualified candidates though networking platforms.
- Look for the best talent for the opportunities regarding their experience.
- Be able to know in detail what each company does, and how our process works.
- Own and lead multiple, simultaneous projects to ensure maximum value to customers and candidates.
-Preferably from 23 to 30 years old
- Bachelor´s Degree.
- With relevant experience in headhunting, preferably in a startup environment and IT positions.
- English is necessary!
- High Energy: you need to be available for our candidates and make sure the service is working well :)
- Hard-working: be ready to work long hours if needed and get sh*t done :)
- Self-learner: be able to build things by yourself, and if you have no guidance, find yourself a solution (Google is a free resource to everyone ;)
