About the position

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) play a crucial role in the outbound sales prospecting process. Rather than focusing on closing deals, their primary responsibility lies in generating and qualifying new leads. Their objective is to guide these leads through the sales pipeline until they are primed for discussions with your account executives and other sales closers. This strategic two-step approach allows your sales team to concentrate on deal closures, instead of prospecting-related tasks.

Armed with well-researched information about target prospects and your company, SDRs cultivate a profound understanding of the industry and sales process, facilitating meaningful conversations. Consequently, a significant portion of their time is devoted to reaching out to potential clients during the early stages of the sales funnel. Their efforts involve either preparing prospects for discussions with closers or discerning their true intention to buy our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with the Sales Executive team, ensuring they are well-informed about opportunity details
  • Achieve monthly targets for both sourced qualified opportunities and closed business
  • Sustain active engagement with new and existing leads through innovative follow-up communications, designed to heighten customer interest in Listopro.
  • Fearlessly qualify C-Level and Manager-level leads, identifying clients for contact through phone, email, and other creative channels.

Requirements

Company Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technology Enthusiast: Recognizes the value of leveraging technology to enhance productivity. Appreciates tools that contribute to efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business development, sales, corporate relationship management, or account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical Capability: Proficient in analysis, capable of discerning decision-makers (DM), and skillful in effectively classifying accounts.
  • Creative Content Generation: Displays creativity in developing compelling content.
  • Results-Driven: Capable of showcasing work through measurable outcomes and results. A tenacious and goal-oriented individual.
  • Self-Learner: Capable of independently building solutions with a proactive problem-solving attitude. Utilizes available resources, including Google, to find solutions.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Recruiting: Knowledge in HubSpot and Recruiting platforms is a definite advantage.
